Dominic Cioffi serves as the Director of Compliance for AIR Asset Management, where he oversees the firm's regulatory compliance framework, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices while also managing the integration of technology to enhance operational efficiency. Mr. Cioffi has over a decade of experience in regulatory compliance roles, specializing in U.S. securities law as well as broker-dealer and RIA rules and regulations. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, where he earned his MBA and JD. He was also an editor of the Missouri Law Review and taught courses in business law and ethics.
