Dominic Cioffi provides consultant services to AIR Asset Management in Compliance and IT management. He is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Rainmaker Securities. Mr. Cioffi ensures broker-dealer agents remain compliant with FINRA regulations, conducts due diligence reviews on securities offerings, and helps leverage software and technology to support Rainmaker's operations and processes. Mr. Cioffi earned a Master of Business Administration from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
