Dominic Cioffi

Dominic Cioffi is the Director of Legal and Compliance of AIR Asset Management. He oversees the firm's regulatory compliance framework, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. He is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Rainmaker Securities. Mr. Cioffi is a member of the Valuation Committee.

Mr. Cioffi ensures broker-dealer agents remain compliant with FINRA regulations, conducts due diligence reviews on securities offerings, and helps leverage software and technology to support Rainmaker's operations and processes.

Mr. Cioffi earned a Master of Business Administration from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
