Online Subscription Process

Below, you will find the subscription process when completing the documentation using our online forms. Note that when you click the links to the online forms, it will open a new window for completion within Adobe’s secure web server.

Step 3: Scan Identification Documentation

• Create a digital copy of the non-expired, government issued photo ID of the signatory of the subscription agreement. This can be done with a scanner or you may use your phone to take a digital picture.

• If you are investing via an entity, we will also need electronic copies of the subscriber’s entity formation document (e.g. certificate of trust, certificate of formation, articles of incorporation, etc.) and entity operating document (e.g. trust agreement, operating agreement, bylaws, etc.). At least one of these documents should evidence that the signatory is authorized to act on behalf of the entity.

Step 4: Upload Identification Documents and Submit

Use the form below to upload the digitized documentation. Simply drag and drop the file to the respective upload button. Then, at the bottom of the form, click SUBMIT IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION to send the documentation to AIR Asset Management for review. If you don’t see the form below, please make sure that you have disabled any ad-blocking browser extension, which may be interrupting the form’s ability to populate.
