Richard Beleutz is AIR Asset Management's Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's strategic direction and driving growth. Mr. Beleutz is the Chair of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee and a member of the Brokerage Committee and Leadership Committee. Mr. Beleutz has over 30 years of experience in various capacities in the investment industry. He has closed over $1B in transactions for companies and investment products, possesses extensive deal experience in private equity and investment banking, and has an operations background as a former principal of three hedge funds. Mr. Beleutz has a well-established track record in the life settlements space, which began in 2006 when he launched his first life settlement hedge fund with a life settlement brokerage business and a life expectancy company. His life insurance and annuities background dates to 1993, when he began his career as a financial advisor with Ameriprise. Mr. Beleutz is considered a thought leader in alternative investments and actively participates in industry interviews and conferences. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 79 securities registrations.
