NANCY WANG

General Counsel

Nancy Wang is the General Counsel at AIR Asset Management, where she serves as the firm’s primary legal counsel for contractual matters, reviews agreements, and advises on related legal considerations and obligations.

Prior to joining AIR Asset Management, Ms. Wang held senior legal and compliance roles at leading global asset managers, including York Capital, Tishman Speyer, Invesco, and Jefferies. Her experience spans the full spectrum of investment management activities—fund formation and governance, product development, fundraising, transaction structuring and execution, and regulatory compliance—across diverse strategies such as hedge funds, private equity, real estate, private credit, venture capital, and co-investments.

Ms. Wang began her career as an associate in the Private Funds Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel, advising institutional clients on complex fund structures and regulatory matters. She holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and a B.A. from New York University.
