DIANNA L. DE LAURENTIS

Director of Operations

Dianna L. De Laurentis is the Director of Operations of AIR Asset Management. She is responsible for the firm’s operations, finance, and portfolio management processes.

Ms. De Laurentis has over 35 years of professional experience, half of that time spent in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was the Operations Manager for Creation Investments Capital Management, LLC, a leading impact investment management company dedicated to private equity and private credit investments. There, she was responsible for supporting transactions, fund administration, investor relations, domestic and international compliance, and human resources functions. Before Creation Investments, she was an Executive Assistant at Opportunity International, a global microfinance organization. Ms. De Laurentis has also held various administrative and operational roles at Kellogg (Keebler) Company and Boise Cascade Office Products.

Ms. De Laurentis earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Modern Foreign Language (Spanish and German) and a Master of Business Administration from Dominican University (formerly Rosary College).
