CARMEL WASEMILLER

Senior Director of Finance

Carmel Wasemiller is AIR Asset Management's Senior Director of Finance and is responsible for overseeing the financial process of the funds, including administration, audit, and tax, as well as supporting fund operations. She is a member of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee and Leadership Committee. Ms. Wasemiller has 14 years of financial services experience in alternatives and wealth management. Before joining AIR Asset Management, she was the Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), a multinational professional services network of firms considered one of the Big Four accounting firms worldwide. She began her career at PwC and was responsible for audits for premier client accounts during her tenure and also served on the Responsible Business Leadership Committee. Ms. Wasemiller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. Ms. Wasemiller is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
