Barry Netzky

Vice Chairman of AIR Capital Group & Senior Advisor of AIR Asset Management

Barry Netzky serves as Vice Chairman of AIR Capital Group, the holding company of AIR Asset Management, and as a Senior Advisor to AIR Asset Management. In this role, he oversees the strategic initiatives of AIR Capital Group’s affiliate companies and works closely with senior leadership on corporate strategy, operational efficiency, and growth, including mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Netzky has over 30 years of investment experience across various financial sectors. He has participated in over $1 billion of transactions and has extensive deal experience with an operational background in fund structures. Mr. Netzky previously co-founded an option volatility hedge fund. He was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the management company, corporate business strategy, operations, regulatory compliance, capital raising, marketing, and financial reporting. Under his leadership, the Fund won numerous awards, including the 2017 HFM U.S. Hedge Fund Performance Award for the Best Macro Fund under $1 billion. Prior to the Fund, Mr. Netzky ran an alternative investment advisory firm, and currently, he is an Advisor to a Prop Tech firm.

Mr. Netzky earned a Bachelor of Arts in Personnel Administration from the University of Kansas.
