Andrea Hoch is the Managing Director of Investor Relations and Portfolio Operations of AIR Asset Management. She leads investor engagement, retention strategies, and portfolio operations—ensuring strong client relationships, robust data reporting and integrity, and support for product development and investment initiatives.

Since joining AIR Asset Management, Ms. Hoch has held a wide range of roles across the firm, including in portfolio operations, marketing, and investor relations. Her deep institutional knowledge and cross-functional experience make her a valuable leader and resource across the organization. 

Prior to AIR Asset Management, Ms. Hoch was co-captain of the New York Knicks’ professional dance team, the Knicks City Dancers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration in Investments and Private Wealth Management, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.
